Home Builders Association

Membership in the Home Builders Association of Marion & Polk Counties is open to any person or company who is in the business of building or remodeling homes, apartments or commercial buildings in Marion & Polk Counties, or engages in any allied trade or profession, and otherwise meets the requirements of the association's bylaws.

Membership Dues

Annual membership in the HBA is $350 per year (plus the $20.00 new member application fee), which includes membership in the Home Builders Association of Marion & Polk Counties, the Oregon Home Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders.  Membership runs for a one year period, with renewal taking place 12 months after the date of joining.

How to Apply

To apply for membership in the Home Builders Association, use the system below to complete your application online. You may also download a PDF version of our membership application and return it to our office with your membership dues.  Once received, your application will be submitted for approval to the Board of Directors at their next monthly meeting.
