Home Builders Association

The Home Builders Association is a certified provider of the education required by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board in order to earn your Oregon contractors license.  The materials are available for self-paced home study, and are $199.

 •  Practice exams designed to help you prepare for the state exam

 •  PSI candidate handbook with complete information on registering for the state exam

 •  Printed copy of the latest Oregon Revised Statutes regarding construction

 •  Printed copy of the latest Oregon Administrative Rules regarding construction

 •  Construction Contractors Board license application
